The work
All three.
Personal rituals
“You don't need to believe anything. Just come.”
Some moments have no ceremony. A loss, a threshold, a longing: nothing exists for them, so people carry them alone.
I design a ritual for your situation only. It uses ordinary things, a chair, paper, cloth, a thread, a doorway, and it carries all three parts of the work: what hasn't been said is heard, what you can't imagine is seen, what can't be touched is felt.
Then I hold it. The ritual isn't a program and it isn't therapy. You bring something real, I hold the frame, and the change happens in you.
