Hanno Rödger, Transformative Artist & Experiential Facilitator

I design spaces where something real can happen — between people, within teams, and at the edges of what organizations think is possible in a room together.

After twenty years moving across a broad variety of sectors, I’ve distilled a single driving question: what does it take for people to actually meet each other?

We are living in a world of fractured attention, screen-mediated isolation, and eroding professional identity. People are hungry — not for more inspiration — but for the experience of belonging, of being witnessed as they are, of mattering to the people in the room.

My work lives at the intersection of stillness, presence, and the deliberate disruption of habit. Through my long-term project 1,000 Hours of Stillness, I explore how withdrawing from input — rather than adding more content — becomes the creative engine for deeper decision-making, genuine collaboration, and the kind of encounters that stay with people long after the event ends.
