Portrait of Hanno Rödger

I make the unspoken heard, the unimaginable seen, the untouchable felt.

I don't perform for applause. I build the stage, and the people who step onto it become the artwork.

I came to art after two decades in private banking, facilitation, start-ups and leadership positions. I spent years on the other side of the table.

I'm a witness, not a performer.

I build the frame and hold it until the change happens in you. Experience comes before explanation. Presence replaces a program. You will be met, not fixed. Nothing is expected of you, and you don't need to believe anything.

  • Not therapy. No diagnosis, no treatment, nobody is a patient.
  • Not a spiritual practice. No belief system, no teacher, nobody is a seeker.
  • Not entertainment. Nobody performs for applause, including me.

Where it comes from

  1. Disconnection.

For most of my life I felt cut off: from myself, from others, from the people who came before me. Many people feel this and have no words for it.

  2. Ground.

Reconnecting with yourself gives you stable ground. From there you can meet others without losing yourself.

  3. The web.

On that ground, you can feel yourself as one thread among countless lives, past, present and future. Belonging is something you feel, not something you're told.
